Record-breaking H1 for EDACTO*

The first 6 months of 2021 have been the most active ever in terms of education sector deals for EDACTO. From January to July this year, the team has been involved in a total of 17 transactions with just under half of these in France.

In our ten years of working in the education sector we have never known it to be this busy and it is showing no signs of slowing down!

Looking back over the past year and a half, EDACTO has worked on all of the top Education LBOs in France since January 2020 as published by CFNEWS (see list below), whether as an advisor to the seller (eg Galileo Global Education, Médisup), the acquirer (eg EDH, Ynov) or to an unsuccessful bidder (eg ADEducation, Skill & You).
